4. The receipt of an order by thegameshop.co.uk does not constitute order acceptance or confirmation. Verification of customer information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. If you wish to return an item which we have delivered to you, please note that you are responsible for the cost of doing so. We may, at our discretion, refund such charges where circumstances warrant us doing so.

5. We aim to fulfill all orders within seven days, however, we guarantee at the least to hit UK distance selling maximum order fulfilment times. If for any reason we can't fulfil your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative solution.

6. You have a right to a period where you may cancel your order for any reason. If you wish to exercise this right you can up to 8 working days following receipt of your order. Simply email info@thegameshop.co.uk and advise the order number you wish to cancel. Note that, if we have already despatched the product, you will need to return at your own cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. We can only accept payment via the payment methods offered on the site. Orders placed with alternative methods of payment will not be accepted.

8. We aim to deliver 100% of products in full working order, if by any chance your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately by email at info@thegameshop.co.uk. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return it unused in its original packaging within 8 working days and we will either exchange it or arrange a refund. Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
